1. No Refund Policy
All payments made for membership plans, premium features, and verification services on HinduMatrimony.app are non-refundable. Once a user subscribes to a plan and gains access to premium features, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including:
- Change of mind after purchasing a subscription.
- Dissatisfaction with the matches or services provided.
- Non-usage of the service after payment.
- Failure to receive responses from other members.
2. Subscription Cancellation
- Users can cancel their auto-renewal at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
- Cancellation of a subscription does not provide a refund for the remaining period of the active plan.
- To cancel a subscription, users can do so through their account settings or by contacting customer support.
3. Duplicate Transactions
- In case of duplicate payments due to a technical error, users must report the issue within 7 days of the transaction.
- If verified, a refund may be processed after deducting applicable processing fees.
4. Service Disruptions
If a paid user experiences technical issues preventing access to premium services for an extended period, they may request compensation in the form of:
- Extended membership duration instead of a refund.
- Alternative premium features based on availability.
Refunds will not be issued for temporary service downtime due to maintenance, security updates, or external factors beyond our control.
5. Fraudulent Transactions
- If a transaction is found to be unauthorized or fraudulent, users must report it immediately.
- HinduMatrimony.app reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent activity.
